Processing time:
Processing time starts from the date the order is placed. Normally it takes 1-2 business day (Monday - Friday) to process orders. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Every effort is made to ship your order quickly.

Standard Shipping: We usually deliver orders within 1-2 weeks. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)* (in regular seasons)

Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or unavailability to receive the package), or if the customer refuses to accept delivery, the package returned to sender (INNOVA TECH CREATIONS) at customer's expense. These costs include any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Change of delivery address:
Once your order is on its way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you would like to change the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at support@innovatechcreations24.com or call us on 1 (551) 337-4599.

After receiving your order:
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for the goods as 'Damaged' and then contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation:
We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order! If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.
